PDF Merger
A PDF merger combines multiple PDF files into a single document, in the order you choose. Toolverge does this with the pdf-lib library running entirely in your browser — files are read and merged in local memory and never uploaded to a server, unlike most free "merge PDF" sites that process files remotely.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything — reading, merging, and building the output file — happens in your browser using the pdf-lib library. No file ever leaves your device.
What order do the pages merge in?
The same order the files are listed in, top to bottom — the pages of the first file come first, followed by the second file’s pages, and so on.
How do I change the order?
Remove a file with the ✕ button and re-add it after the others — the list order is the merge order.
Is there a file size or count limit?
No hard limit is enforced, but very large PDFs are limited by your browser’s available memory since everything is processed locally.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No — encrypted PDFs can’t be read without the password; remove protection first in a PDF editor, then merge.
